What you will be doing:
Lead and Manage HR Systems: Oversee global HR systems, including Workday (HRIS), Docebo (LMS), and Peakon (Engagement).
Team Leadership & Technical Support: Manage and mentor a team of system professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.
Network Leadership: Guide the virtual Workday Key User network, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
System Development and Maintenance: Coordinate ongoing maintenance and development activities, ensuring our systems are always optimized for business success.
Project Facilitation: Resource and lead HR projects with a strong systems focus, driving continuous improvement and maximizing ROI.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
Promote Perseverance and Resilience: Encourage a proactive and resilient approach within the team, navigating challenges to achieve objectives effectively.
What you need to succeed:
Workday Expertise: 3-5 years of Workday HCM system admin experience. Familiarity with Docebo (LMS) and Peakon (Engagement) systems is a plus
Proactive Attitude: A proactive approach with the initiative to drive projects forward and continuously improve systems.
Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to manage and coach teams, as well as lead multiple initiatives and projects.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities with an ability to execute and track plans efficiently.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind.
Experience in a Global Work Environment: Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, international setting.
HR and Cross-Functional Process Understanding: Good understanding of HR processes and their support through systems, along with knowledge of cross-functional processes such as Finance and Payroll.
Curiosity for Systems Development: A keen interest in developing and enhancing HR systems.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's or University degree in Business or HR Management.
